Procrastination is the deferment or avoidance of an action or task to a later time and is often linked to perfectionism. For the person procrastinating this may result in stress, a sense of guilt, the loss of productivity, the creation of crisis, and the chagrin of others for not fulfilling one's responsibilities or commitments. While it is normal for individuals to procrastinate to some degree, it becomes a problem when it impedes normal functioning. Chronic procrastination may be a sign of an underlying psychological or physiological disorder.
Procrastination can be a persistent and debilitating disorder in some people, causing significant psychological disability and dysfunction. These individuals may actually be suffering from an underlying mental health problem such as depression or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Severe procrastination can cross over into internet addiction or computer addiction. In this instance the individual has a compulsion to avoid reality by surfing the web or playing video games (see Game addiction). Although these are relatively new phenomena, they are being considered as psychiatric diagnoses by mental health professionals.

I love your “Stop Procrastination Now” CD! I have listened to several of these type of cd's and this cd is so much better than anything I have listened to before. The music was soothing and relaxing. The CD was well produced (the others I have listened to are not nearly as high in quality) . I recommend it highly because it really helped me focus on my goals. I can't explain why, but I feel so good after I listen to the cd that I feel motivated and inspired.

I cannot thank you enough for your CD “Self Confidence Now”. Since I started listening to it, only about 3 weeks ago, I sleep better, feel more confident, don't get so stressed out during the day and have become far less emotional. I have yet to make it all the way to the end, usually I’m sleeping by 15 minutes in. I now have five Subliminal Therapy CDs I can always count on. These CDs have had a bigger impact on my life than just about anything, including medication and therapy.

I own several other hypnosis CDs but none of them totally, completely relaxed me to the depth of “Complete Relaxation”. I'm so glad I finally found you guys. It works! It goes beyond well beyond normal hypnosis giving me the kind of contentment that I thought you could only get in a therapist's office.
